SICRI holds annually an Island Studies International Conference (ISIC). Since its inception in 2004, it has organized several ISIC events with hosting institutions, organizations and local authorities in small islands around the world including:

Hawai'i (2020) and  Barra Island (2021) canceled due to Covid-19

Proceedings are available for the ISIC 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008, 2010, 2011 and 2012 (the proccedings for 2019 will published in edited anthology volume by UWI Press). Below you will find information on past and upcoming events.
